Naruto’s speed should be massively increased in Baryon Mode thanks to reacting to Isshiki’s Sukunahikona (this should also upgrade Isshiki’s speed as well). As defined on the official website, the rods shrink “instantly”. During their fight, Naruto is able to react to the chakra rods as soon as they appear. Sasuke was not able to perceive the rods or Isshiki when either of them were shrunk, which is important since we know from Sasuke’s fight with Deidara that his Sharingan can see at the microscopic level. Since a red blood cell is 6-8 micrometers long, it’ll be straightforward for the formula to say the rods are 1 micrometer long.
The first rod Naruto caught seemed to be roughly the length of his forearm. Since Naruto’s official height is 180 cm and a forearm is typically ~14.6% of a person’s total height, the rod should be roughly 26.28 cm long. Since the rod’s expansion speedblitzes Sasuke and it’s reasonable to say he scales to Itachi by this point, using a femtosecond timeframe (1*10^-15) for “instantly expanding” seems like a good number to use.
To get the distance expanded, we will start with the final length minus the initial length, which will be 0.2628 - 1*10^-6 = 0.262799m. Plug and chug distance over time, 0.262799 / 1*10^-15 = 2.62793 *10^14 m/s. The speed of light is 299792458 m/s. Plug and chug again, with 2.62793 *10^14 / 299792458 = 876,583.0927 MFTL+
