we used to have emanators at tier 1 Ap while other stats were tier 4 to 3, i think this can be done again given that smurfs are nuked, and generally once emanators uses the actuall full power the enemy gets eviscerated (literally aventurine vs acheron situation)

you know... id know how to do this if im smart, but i am not. i genuenly dont know if i can even upscale emanators to 10x above nikador just cuz they are stronger, do multipliers work like that? and so id just put cornerstone mf-ers 1/10th of emanator power which puts them exactly the same at prime nikador.. BUT we already fought a cornerstone member, and when we fought nikador, we get that 10x scaling right after we beat incarnation and start fighting actual nikador... WTF IS THIS? MY BRAIN HURTS? IS THIS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR READING COMPREHENSION STARTS TO KICK IN?

cuz 3-B comes from amphoreus cast lol, thats the issue, dan heng and TB are only ones from express that scales up to the point of story

also i disagree with this, Rubert is indeed weaker but scepters are not, in fact with enough scepters rubert can conquer entire universe and s chaos he made was similar to swarm disaster which is aeons throwing hands at tayzz
(also even herta and screwllum mention operation of scepters being potentially higher than emanator level)

I mean that one scan were from me when I debated Garrixian back then and those were added as the justifications later, HSR knew no one plays companion mission so they decided to mix it with the main trailblaze mission 💀

Punklorde Mentality is where it's from. Specifically during the "Enter the Simulated Universe with Screwllum's help" step, then click the "I've got something to ask you..." option, click the "Tell me more about Punklorde's hackers." option, and the rest is history.
 
If you could take 20 of the strongest characters in Star Rail (excluding Aeons) and separate them between 5 Tiers (Low, Mid, High, Extreme, and God Tiers), who would you put where, and why?

All characters btw, including Emanators, but only those that we’ve directly met/fought. So no Zephyros or the like.

God tiers = 4 foot emanator
