i'm not much familiar with unequalized speed match ups do they counts as stomp matches in general? i feel like i have seen some vs without speed equalization on profiles but i'm not sure the speed difference in here is ridiciliously big

Its a stomp. The same thing happened with Shigaraki Vs Dio. He'll just spam timestop with MFTL+ speed until he finds a hax that kills muzan.
