Speed in relation to Power (Involving UES)

NOTE: This isn't a question that I'm personally wondering, but one that a friend had and requested me to ask here.

In a power system that is a UES (like Ki, Haki, Chaos Energy etc) where a characters speed linearly increases in comparison to their power increasing in a 3d metric, would being infinitely stronger/aka going from 3-A to Low 2-C (3D-4D output) inherently imply infinite speed? If not, can you explain why?

Basically, say for example a DB character using Ki is able to output 4D attacks infinitely stronger than 3D, due to Ki being a UES would that imply that they also have Infinite Speed since Ki also enhances their Speed alongside power?

From what I understand the story in question must acknowledge it as an infinite increase within the verse. If DBZ acknowledged SsjG as an Infinite multiplier than Goku would've gotten an infinite speed rating

Because we consider Ap and Speed working separately, basically Kinetic Energy Standards. With the same logic we would have all City level characters running at Relativistic speeds because "increasing the energy you output enhances your speed"; logically speaking i don't think it's wrong, but we have standards for those things.

It would not by default. When speed is linked to UES, we do not necessarily have a being X times stronger automatically equals being X times faster. It's more so a if character A is many times stronger, then they are usually many times faster. But it's not always by the same multiplier. It's common that existence and directions of A>B>C scaling chains are consistent but the exact gaps aren't. Sometimes, a character can literally be millions of times stronger, but there's barely any proof of being any more than ten times faster. Then there can be cases of the opposite where they are so much faster, but raw power isn't that much different. Not to mention, if we really wanted to take physics literally, being a hundred times stronger in terms of AP, would only be a 10x speed at best. Because having x times more speed, requires more than x^2 times more KE linearly. This also excludes relativistic kinetic energy, where even slightly increasing speed literally ads entire exponents of KE once you get to 0.96 times the speed of light. With simply reaching the speed of light basically requires High 3-A amounts of KE by laws of physics. But to top that all off, fiction often ignores physics and treats speed and AP as two entirely separate super powers. And that's especially true when it comes to Infinite or beyond infinite levels respectively. So in other words, a jump from 3-A to Tier 2 would not grant Infinite/Immeasurable speed.
