Adding Tier 12 to the Wiki

In this thread it was unanimously agreed to create a Tier 12 in order to give Genshin characters their rightful place in the pecking order.

Given that Genshit is gonna be the only verse inhabiting this tier the name will naturally be Tier 12: Genshinversal

How about give Genshin Low 12-C for the Deletion of my favorite verse Nasuverse, Shinza Bansho and Solo Leveling.

But instead, we just have these brainrot verses like Sucker for Love (Only 4 profiles limited), Umineko (everyone is saying that the verse negs all of fiction) and more boring stuff.
