When is Attack Reflection valid ?

For example, we have these two characters of which laser blasts bounce off of their bodies, but that has more to do with the fact they are so much stronger they're peashooters against them

Would they get Attack Reflection just based on this ?

It would be fair to assume an energy blast from someone actually on their level would affect them

attack reflection is valid when its not just being durable (like if u reflect attacks with an ability like a forcefield or smth)

This is basically the same case as Injustic Superman accidentally killing his dad because an arrow bounced off his body and hit the latter instead. It was due to his sheer durability, not because he had the ability to reflect projectiles.
