A-Train has an over 2x AP advantage, higher LS, and is trained in hand to hand combat (nothing impressive at all but he does know how to throw a punch or two). However, his reliance on super speed in combat means he's going to struggle against comparable or faster opponents and Plutus is exactly that. The latter's teleportation and ranged attacks will also give A-Train a lot of trouble. Therefore, I'll be voting Plutus.
