Where does this type of structure scales to?

This is basically the structure: "The black-and-white world is a strange plane of existence where normal spatial orientation ofup, down, left, right does not exist. It consists only of white, representing existence, and black, which signifies the presence of individuals. Movement feels unnaturally slow, and the usual concept of 'speed' does not function the same way as in the real world. Without familiarity, it’s easy to become disoriented or lost in this environment." {Actual Scan]

Is this Zero DImension or what? (i personally don't think it can be consider 0-D since in the actual scan, while it's not mentioned, The Character used this power on a Higher Plane of Existence (can just asume that higher plane is Low 2-C for the argument sake)

it seems to likely posseses Beyond dimensional existence type 1
as for the scaling, if it is a "higher" plane of existstence, we can say that it at least scales to the structure it is higher relatively to, so universal+
a universal+ sized BDE type 1 realm.

So would that mean it scales directly to the highest possible dimensionality of “existence” (as in, higher planes of existence)? I’m not entirely sure where it would scale in the context of the novel I’m reading (so I won’t argue that part), but would it instead make more sense to treat it as +1D relative to baseline existence, since it’s described as a separate or different plane of existence?

It can be a seperate and different plane of existence through its composition being non spatial/temporal (which seems to be the case considering the first scan), it doesnt necesserly prove its on a whole superior dimension scale, it can be a bde type 1 realm that scales quantitatively (but countably) above the realm it is "above" to

It needs more context that that
