1)Lifting Strength from Peak Human to Class 1 - neck snapping, possibly Class 10 via this calc

For scaling - Hannibal could somewhat wrestle with Red Dragon who overpowered Will, Hannibal is stronger tham Tobias who briefly restrained Will

Also Hannibal should have Superhuman stamina and Resistance to pain, He literally shrugged off being branded and taken a massive beatdown from Jack, still walked it off for the entire night like it was nothing

Guys. In my opinion, this is too much and you need to stop and think.

1.I probably disagree with Class 5 LS to Randall and scale to other characters. Because he tears apart people thanks to his suit and jaws mask. There was a scene in S2 where Randall working on his suit. We are clearly shown that this is a mechanism/device that allows to tear off limbs. It can be understood that Randall does not use his own strenght to tear people apart (is suit strenght). About Will overpowering Randall in his suit. We won't be able to find out exactly how Will overpowered him because we were shown a hallucination of monster Hannibal except Randall. If we were shown how Will restrain suit's jaws, which are capable of tearing off limbs, we could think about class 5 LS, but Will apparently just overpowered Randall in terms of body pushing/charging. I think that class 1 LS is the best option for this verse. Considering how Hannibal effortlessly broke Franklyn's neck in an upright position, that's enough for class 1

2. About stamina. Maybe Hannibal should have superhuman stamina considering that in finale of season 3, being wounded after fight with a red dragon, he fell off a cliff and survived. But resistecne to pain? I also thought at first that if a character takes on enough damage (and survives or does not react), he might have pain resistence. But that's not really the case. It must be accurately stated or said that character does not feel pain so that he can have resistence to pain. Characters like Michael Myers, John Wick and Jason Voorhees have pain tolerance/inhibition is wrong. It's just a superhuman stamina

Well I guess that makes sense, so for now they would scale to 1250 lbf

I understand. Also Will could probably have also an upgrade in stamina, he was able to keep fighting after being stab in the face and chest

I don't remember that tv series mentioning that Randall has a bite force higher than a direwolf. And what does the direwolf have to do with it anyway? And how is this related to jaw tearing? If you were referring to Randall's suit, then I've already said my opinion on this. Class 10 is a outlier for this verse. I recommend simply removing this confusing part from Lifting section and just suggest to upgrade LS of characters to Class 1

guys, I read the script, it described that Hannibal used scissors to modify the smile and then he used his hands to rip jaws which are two separate actions. Also, will we make those changes? We all mostly agree and we can finish it even now

The script and episode visuals shows that Hannibal used scissors to inflict the Glasgow smile on Dr. Sutcliffe. However we can see extended facial mutilation—described as nearly beheading the victim at the jaw. So it means that Hannibal used additional force beyond what scissors alone could achieve.

In the script, it's noted:

"Georgia eases her ghostly way through Dr. Sutcliffe’s door. From her vantage point, Georgia can only see a man’s back as he works on the recently-deceased Dr. Sutcliffe. The man is wearing a clear plastic suit over a traditional three-piece. (NOTE: Even from behind, we will recognize from his hairstyle and dress that this can only be HANNIBAL LECTER.) Georgia is fascinated as the man works with a fierce grace, lacerating Dr. Sutcliffe’s face in the familiar 'Glasgow Smile' with the scissors."

There's literaly nothing that implies that he did in fact rip apart the guy's jaw without scissors and even IF he did, it would be an outlier from the Class 1 feats he has. Unless there is another feat they scale to that high, I would probably not use this
