This is, in short, a 1-shot stop for both characters...Minbitt can one-shot Fluffy (High 6-A Vs. 6-B) but Fluffy can also 1-shot Minbitt (6-B Vs. 8-C), so it's mostly down to speed, battle IQ, range and hax...

In speed, it's a tie (No way to increase either's speed), in Battle IQ it's Fluffy (Likely Gifted Vs. Above Average), in range it's easily Minbitt (Hundreds of Meters Vs. Hundreds of Kilometers) and in hax neither have anything super...this is up for debate >:3

I vote Minbitt due to outranging. With that range difference, the odds of a one shot in her favor is a lot more likely.

Unless Fluffy has a surefire way to land an attack before Minbitt is out of range or if fighting enemies from afar is out of character for her.

Minbitt is usually a close-range fighter, so attacking from afar would be out-of-character. However, Fluffy also doesn't have a good way to hit her except for the Galactic Hot Dog Bow, which in his adult key he's very likely to miss with (he hasn't practiced with it since he was a kid) :0

Minbitt still has the range advantage and would be more likely to land a hit. Fluffy being 'very likely' to miss his best options also doesn't help him at all. So I'm keeping my vote with Minbitt.
