Idk if this will work, but I have stipulations and condions about it.

Name: Milagro Lady, The Debt Collectress, real name Pecunia

Age
: Unknown, likely 5,000+ (As old as money existed)

Appearance:

Background:
Currency. It is the measurement of items bought and sold. An exchange between parties or ones within the self. Even as it stands, the world today still use that currency for multiple aspects of the human life. An exchange towards food, an exchange towards pleasure and instant gratification, an exchange towards education and curiosity, an exchange towards manipulation and control, an exchange towards climbing the towers of politics, an exchange towards identity, and an exchange towards power.

These businesses existed and went on through history, culminating in an epidemic that overthrew human reason and turned the world in a giant pot of gold. Filled with greed, they seek truth amidst their barbarism and conceded their humanely shortcomings. Conceded too late, that is. For the consequences raised the embodiment of their collective thoughts towards a blind faith. At that night sky, a being of part imagination and part curiosity. In short, it is TRUTH.

Primary Abilities: Milagro Man
  1. To get this out of the way, we are NOT gonna include the standard Stand Abilities; Incorporeality (Stands are the incorporeal manifestations of one's vital energy, and can only be harmed by other Stands), Intangibility, Invisibility (Stands can only be seen by other Stands and Stand Users), Non-Physical Interaction (Stands can interact with ghosts and other Stands)
  2. I'm only gonna include its main ability to Summoning and Creation of money
  3. Any other ability that there is — like Transformation (Can convert the notes from one legal tender to another), Teleportation (Can teleport accumulated money directly to its user), Possession (Can possess any random person and make him/her its user as long as the conditions are fulfilled) — will also be EXCLUDED.
  4. PS, I know that sounds overtly complex, but that's only cuz it works with the character I made.
Start Type: Challenging.

Ability Card: Purchase
Upon activation, Pecunia obtains a random "item" (this is decided by the DM). There are a few conditions that need to be met:
  1. The "item" in question must be around 50 meters of the user (DM will decide that too).
  2. The "item" must be purchasable through normal means (meaning inventions, magical items of some kind, and other tools that aren't sold in the market will NOT be included).
  3. The "item" bought is equivalent to the amount of money she creates to purchase it.
  4. The "item" should be able to be carried conventionally and can be held (so buying buildings or structures will not work).
  5. The "item" only lasts for about 3 minutes.
  6. The user can only buy 5 items per use (DM will decide if this can increase)
In those three minutes, the "item" in question will have their integrity improved and allow the user to telekinetically control them.

You're coming up with a creative character while I'm just stealing everything from Ultrakill down to the ability card and lore lol. You weren't lying when you said that you purposely made your hax pathetic in terms of combat. At least she has infinite money glitch.

Hold on, it says on the profile that Milagro Man is Mindless. What should her intelligence be?

Honestly if it has to be Ultrakill, you could have just chosen Ferryman since the dude's blind faith and self-destructive behavior could actually make for decent fanfic stuff lol.

Blud took his entire fit ngl.

Hmmm, following common sense, we can also exclude that too and give her an intelligence altogether. Prolly Gifted or Genius works.

Just imagine if the DM made Ultrakill machines purchasable and just have my character buy Athe's

Everything about Swordsmachine is self-made thus making it not a product, though it probably wouldn't care if someone "owns" it. I chose to keep its background the same because of the potential interactions. It'll be interesting to see how a machine that had to scavenge and fight for its life on a daily basis would react when it's thrown into a different world filled with organic beings where that isn't as big of an issue. It can presumably talk too even though we haven't seen it do it.

So long as it follows the conditions of Purchase, then it should be buyable. All depending on the DM, ultimately.

What can she do by buying it anyway? Can she basically body puppet it? Also, what happens when 3 minutes pass? Do the items she obtained no longer belong to her?

Since the items bought are not conjured but are brought to her location, then after the 3 minutes, they return to their original location from where she bought it. In the case of this robot, she could puppeteer it and give orders, but once 3 minutes is over, they return back to normal.

Can she do the same to other living things? I mean, it's heavily implied that the machines aren't just non-living robots. Blood in Ultrakill is a substance from the Tree of Life which flows through every man, husk, demon, angel, and even souls. The bots are also capable of human emotions and have literal organs inside of them.

You'd have to answer these questions:
  1. Can they be sold for a price?
  2. Is the market still offering living beings as merchandise?
  3. Can they be lifted/carried conventionally?
If you say yes to all of them, then yeah, they are affected.

Probably, at least back when humans were still a thing.

I don't think there's any "market" left after mankind went extinct.

A few of them like the Drones probably, but not Swordsmachine. It's like 7 feet tall.
Well, there you have your answer.

Well, there you have your answer.
At least she won't have to worry too much about it attacking her or random civilians. Swordsmachine only takes as much blood as it needs and since there's such an abundance, it'll probably only harvest it from enemies. It might get desperate if it's really hungry though.

There's also the fact that it won't kill all of its victims right away. Since blood has to be fresh for consumption, it'll incapacitate and suck prey while they're still alive. It can remove limbs and stop bloodloss by cauterizing wounds with its sword.

I don't really think she's human at all. Think of it like the Death Devil from CSM. She appears as one but she has zero organs inside.

It doesn't really have a way to tell though. How tall is she? It's more likely to ignore small and weak looking prey because less blood.

Indeed I am. Was simply confirming if this was still open for joining. I've already had a character idea in mind, so I'll have them out relatively quickly.

Gotta keep this open. I like giving new people a chance to join. That and we haven’t started yet.

Question: do we go into the game having any equipment taken from wherever we originated, like a basic weapon, or do we get everything afterwards?

Name: LIL Bear, "The EXECUTIONER", "BADDEST ***** ON EVERY BLOCK AND YOU KNOW IT", "Bear"

Age: 20

Background:
LIL Bear's backstory is as complicated as it is tragic. To keep a very long story somewhat short, LIL hailed from a continent known as Graymark— Named after the Planet, which was also called Graymark. Covered in an elusive field that sucked the very vibrance out of life, the entire world was filled with a perpetual gray, the skies blotting out most sunlight and turning the place into a hideous caricature of a continent. No color, no joy. And Graymark was split into six "blocks", separating the continent into specifies areas, numbered 1 to 6. Each of these blocks possessed an Administrator— Someone who maintained order within their block while enforcing the will of the Central Administrative Body (CAB), which ruled all of Graymark.

All the blocks of Graymark are categorized by the one supreme law— All crimes, regardless of their severity, will incur an immediate death penalty. Regardless of the explanation, background, or reason, all criminals shall be put to death. The Administrators of Graymark are expected to uphold this law absolutely.

And LIL was the ruthless Admin of the 5th Block. Unrelenting in her ferocity and ironclad belief in "justice," she introduced the death penalty to any and all "sinners." Whether it be man, woman, or child, all were subjected to the same treatment. If you sin, you are to be put to death. No exceptions. She lived and died by that principle, an idea forged in the fires of the pain and suffering she was forced to endure. LIL is not a human being— she is more than that, and that unfortunate fact led her to countless cruel fates that shaped her ideas of law and order.

Boisterous and confident like no other and overwhelmingly powerful, LIL's reign over the 5th block drastically decreased the general population, and along with it, the crime rate. Her goal to create an absolutely "safe zone," a place completely devoid of illegal activity, where anyone could live free of worry or strife, was seemingly coming into fruition. Yes, her ideals were cruel and unforgiving, foregoing what many would consider a standard legal process... But she didn't care. In her mind, all SINNERS must DIE, without exception... including herself.

LIL's justice, having slain tens of thousands over the years and introduced a sense of dread over her block, inspired the flames of revolution. A revolutionary group sprung up from the darkness of Graymark, seeking to overthrow the Central Administrative Body (CAB), and most importantly, dismantle LIL's ideas of justice. With overwhelming strength and through countless trials and tribulations, LIL battled the revolutionaries but was ultimately defeated.

When a new order was established on Graymark, LIL Bear was put on trial for the many transgressions she'd committed against countless people for even the smallest of crimes. She was asked if she regretted her actions. If she felt any remorse for the lives she had taken, and the suffering she had caused. When asked that question, she could only respond in one way.

"I regret that I didn't kill those criminal bastards sooner. Maybe then, I could've saved even more lives."

"I regret that I didn't kill any more of them before all of this. If I'd completely erased them, then maybe I could've made the world a safer place like I wanted."

"I regret that I didn't kill them even more cruelly. That I didn't slice them to bits, twist them, crush them, and break them. Maybe then... Nobody would've ever had the damn nerve to sin again."

She regretted nothing, and only wished to kill more.

So, The Executioner was found guilty. But she was not dealt the same death that she had granted her countless victims. No, rather than immediate execution, she was given something else— Exile. Not just from the continent, but from the very planet itself. LIL was stuffed in a ship with bare living necessities and exiled from the very planet, flown into the vacuum of space, never to return to her home world.

It was as she was floating aimlessly through space that she encountered the...

Yadayada now she's here blahblahblah context.

Appearance:

Much like her name implies, LIL Bear is very little. She stands at 4'1 and packs exceptionally lean muscles across a body she cares not to hide. Her hair is a bright mixture of white and blonde hues that forms a color that her victims have come to refer to as "the sun if you blended it with a bunch of vanilla ice cream." When using her abilities, protein layers covering her hair are broken or burned away, and she is revealed to have a large chunk of typical brown hair along with the colored sections. Her eyes are typically deep shades of black but can take on other colors depending on her mood—and her mood fluctuates regularly. As said, she does little to cover herself, usually wearing what seems to be a bikini and jean shorts, though when she does care to clothe herself, it is almost always a white t-shirt. She is never found without wearing thigh highs or her sentient beanie she names "Kai."

Primary Abilities: Shoto Todoroki (Half-Cold Half-Hot)

Start Type: Challenging

Starting Gear: Hyper Blade, BLACK BLOOD. A sword resembling a kitchen knife that is about a foot longer than Lil is tall.

Ability Card: GREAT "THE BEAR"
Summoning a force long lost and nearly forgotten, LIL's hair becomes a perfect pure white and she surrounds herself with glimmering energies from something beyond. While acting as GREAT, all of LIL's basic abilities are drastically enhanced, both physically and when it comes to her elemental abilities. She also gains a few new powers:
  • GREAT "THE UNSTOPPABLE": Exemplifying the unbound nature of GREAT, she can now traverse any surface, even stepping on space itself to seemingly leap off the air for a short period.
  • GREAT "THE ADMINISTRATOR": Using her authority as a respected Administrator and feared bringer of death, GREAT inspires strength to rise from those near her, whether it be friend or foe.
  • GREAT "THE SWORD SAINT": Surrounding BLACK BLOOD with concentrated blade energy, she fires an AoE wave of elemental energy at opponents. This can contain the fiery properties of her hot side, or the freezing properties of her cold side, or both should she focus more.
    • GREAT "THE EXECUTIONER": A Charged effect of this Ability Card allows GREAT to channel her powers into ultra fine, hyper-dense collections around her sword to deliver a strike that cuts without exception, regardless of durability. This "inevitable" slash is the most powerful offensive skill in her arsenal and requires a long period of time to properly gather the power, refine it, and then deliver the slash, requiring that she stay practically still during the buildup.
While all exceptional additions to her moveset, none of them can be used at the same time, at least not properly, as her body will overload trying to sustain it. LIL cannot remain manifested as GREAT for very long in general and trying to overstay her welcome causes significant damage to LIL. (Timeframe and buildup periods can be decided at discretion of GM)

Seems alright just keep in mind that save for her charged ability, her powers are scaled down to 9-C level.

Question.

If the character I choose has supernatural grip strength, can I say he’s got much better grip than other characters, despite stats being equal?

Like enough that he could physically damage and crush someone’s limbs with his grip, and make it extremely hard for them to escape.

My character doesn’t have many powers aside from physical might, so I think that’s a fair trade.

He also has an ability that is not included on his profile, which I will elaborate on when I post the full character.

“Wrestling is the purest expression…of domination. Of Power. Of Will. Putting someone upon the ground is to put them at your mercy. You see this in nature. The lion, wresting its prey onto the ground before gouging into its throat. The crocodile, dragging them underwater—never to resurface. And so you ask me—why do I insist on my path? It is to make it known, without a shadow of a doubt, that I am superior.”

Name: Chike. The King of the Sands.

Age: 28

Character: Nomi No Sukune II

Start Type: Challenging.

Backstory: In the wake of a humanity-wide famine as a result of increasingly hostile weather patterns, and the resulting collapse of global infrastructure and commerce, much of the world’s population simply…died off. Those that remained dispersed into a series of small kingdoms, tribes, and nomads, cultivating and maintaining what little resources could be salvaged from the hostile landscape.

Chike was born in the scorching heat of an endless desert, within a small oasis that remained one of the few habitable places on his continent. From a young age, he learned that to keep himself alive, he must be resilient—and strong. Conflicts over resources were commonplace, even within his small sliver of home. Thus, in the absence of currency or barter, one would rely on the traditional method of solving conflict—ritualistic combat in which tribes would send their strongest warrior to compete in a unique form of wrestling. The rules are simple—one must step into a pit of loose sand, and attempt to force their opponent off their feet. Strikes and grapples below the waist were prohibited, thus the practitioners were taught to both maintain a strong balance upon the earth and to exert their strength to its highest limits.

And the reigning champion of these matches, a man considered undefeated within his small tribe, was Chike. And in a society where strength determined wealth—where it could bring opulence at a level few could experience in such a desolate land…

He lived like a king

It was natural then, that, upon being introduced to other worlds…he would not be satisfied with remaining passive.

Ability Card: Unstoppable Grip.

This power enables the user to grasp onto any form of matter as if it were a solid object. Be it the water of a stream, the particles in the air, or an electrical current. From here, he is able to “mold” the substance with his hands, changing the shape and property of the matter, depending on his purpose. He can twist, bend, stretch, pull, push, compress, and even rip apart these forms of matter once he has them in his grasp. While gripping a potentially hazardous bit of matter, he gains a limited amount of resistance to it, but solely for his arms and hands.

It is important to note however, that this ability does NOT negate the durability of said matter, and thus does not allow him to physically manipulate any material that is above his natural strength level. In addition, while energy attacks can be physically interacted with, he is unable to rip them apart, or otherwise nullify them, if the energy produced is above the energy he can exert physically.

Applications of this power:

  • Elemental Shaping: The user is capable of manipulating elemental phenomena by physically grabbing them. For example, grasping a raging fire, and shaping it into a fireball, akin to shaping snow into a snowball. Another example is grasping and pulling the air around him, allowing him to shift and alter local air currents, potentially creating small-scale tornados.

  • Elemental Tearing: The user is capable of grasping elements and other forms of matter and “tearing” them apart, splitting them in two. This can be used to forcefully nullify an incoming elemental attack, or otherwise clear paths in which he can move forward. Such as, for example, ripping apart a raging flame so he can pass through without harm.

  • Elemental Compression: The user is capable of grasping onto a chosen form of matter and physically compressing it into an extremely small area. Once accomplished, should the grasp be released, he can then “unleash” the element outward, causing it to violently explode into the surrounding area. (Think of a spring being compressed before shooting back to it’s original size).

  • Elemental Movement: The user is capable of grasping onto elements to facilitate movement. For example, “climbing” through the air by grasping onto air particles.

this ability can only be used in short bursts, as it puts a significant strain on the users muscles.
