sans danmaku is overrated lmfao

literally just a bunch of plataform segments, a couple of "jumpscare" moments that you can easily react and telegraphed attacks that anyone can see coming from a mile away

he does not have this insane impossible to avoid danmaku that everyone claims that he has, FAR from it really

if someone irl can beat sans in their first try is irrelevant
It is actually, because you're basically saying that Sans' attacks can be no-diffed by anyone with skill that's above average.
point is that any character that is even remotely decent at dodging or has decent mobility
Frisk also can do that lol, but that's not enough. To defeat Sans you have either insane feats at dealing with Danmaku, or just REAL good adaptation stuff, because of Sans' attacks requiring a really good muscle memory and knowing the patterns to avoid them.

Now, I do not care about who wins here (also because Granolah does seem to have an advantage with the AI assistant, but I dislike Sans' fights in general), and I DO think that Sans' danmaku is overrated, but saying that anyone with basic acrobatics can easily shrug off Sans is just as bad as NLFing him.

disagree with this, at this point frisk has zero/close to zero experience with plataforming or acrobatics, so it makes sense they would struggle so much

its not like sans makes frisk survive a mario kaizo level or anything like that, if you see his attacks they are not that complex, they are just extremely punishing for someone who doesnt know what they are doing-which is frisk case

i do admit that saying that any character with decent mobilty can pack sans was a dumb take tho, since missing one jump can pretty much end the fight and sans loves hitting us with the jumpscare combo in his second phase

Could Granolah deal with Sans Danmaku
He has a lot of ways of dealing with it. He can pretty easily teleport out of the way of Sans attacks, block them with a forcefield, or just destroy them with Ki attacks.
Also his reaction speed is higher than normal base speed
Granolah shouldn't have too much trouble tagging Sans' due to his Analytical Prediction and if he needs to he can cause a large AoE explosion that Sans can't avoid.

Ok I assuming you guys voting Granola?
Granola easily, he teleports behind Sans and hakai him that he won't even go to the afterlife.

His assistant could help him protect himself from the bones too

Dude, it's literally bullet hell, acrobatics are mandatory to deal with this sort of attack in the 1st place.

This reminds me of that thread where it was argued unironically that Goku would no diff Touhou danmaku because he had acrobatics and none of the Touhous had it in the profiles, please don't take it here too.

You're still saying that Sans attacks are fundamentally easy, when no player, no matter how experienced with games prior, could beat Sans 1st try.

Maybe because acrobatics ain't enough, but you need to memorize the pattern of said attacks too? You're pretty much underestimating Sans here.

Do you want to vote Sans here?

TBH thinking about it, what is Sans' actual wincon?

Granola's AI assistant counters really hard his whole danmaku as Sans' attacks are based on needing to know the pattern to avoid these, and the AI assistant not only gives to Granola the way to dodge them, but also helped him to outdo MUI's Goku IA (which has better feats than Sans'), other than being able to use clones and teleportation mid-fight.

Granola pretty much stomps here, I do not see a way for Sans to win here (also because Sans got stomped against Whis for this same reason).

Sans, whose biggest advantage is spam.

Granorah is a character very focused on vision and area control, clones, refined stealth and an AI that helps him know everything that is happening and the best way to deal with the opponent.

Sans is in trouble
