Vacteria is at a huge stat disadvantage here, one shot and she's dead.

Luckily, she's a speed based skillful combatant. possesses a good deal of powerful senses (good to dodge with, though also very helpful on offense as it's basically pseudo-precog) and a myriad of methods to attack using her wand. She doesn't resist lightning or heat so she could bypass his durability by burning him. Her sound manip could work if she wants to incapacitate her as well.

But something that catches my eye, tier 6 durability is listed nowhere on this profile. Not sure if that's a mistake or not, but if his durability really stays at building then she'll not have much trouble at all dispatching her.

I'm pretty sure that's not a mistake, she's building level physically, so it makes sense, although since Durability usually scales to attack potency (otherwise Minbitt's hand would be destroyed using her attacks) it's possible that her durability is Tier 6 :u

What I see here is basically this:

If Minbitt does have Tier 6 durability Queen Vacteria can still effectively fight her without getting hurt via her durability negation, and it looks like a very close Queen Vacteria win here presuming she plays her cards right

If Minbitt doesnt have Tier 6 durability, she's entirely and effectively cooked...Queen Vacteria FRA
