I'll restrict immortality due to it making him basically unbeatable

though i'm not sure how Ronald gets past that 10x ap gap and damages Sage

Ronald has enough projectile spam to make up for that. He also has WAY better reaction speed (FTL), so he could easily dodge out of the way of any of sages attacks with with athletic abilities or teleportation

Technically DSF is right here, Speed Equalization means that the combat speed of the two characters are the same and everything else is reduced/increased by the same multiplier (so 2x reactions will still be 2x reactions basically), though this doesn't apply to Ronald because... well...

Subsonic (Will create afterimages when going fast enough), FTL (Able to make balls made of light, which he can outrun by a large amount, with his Side Special he can create light under his feat which he keeps up with, Able to fire out lasers), Higher (Able to increase his speed with Side Special and Up Special)

Yeah this doesn't specify whether the bigger ratings are supposed to be reactions only and they seem to be all for movement/combat speed by how it's worded so... I don't know if Ronald will actually have an advantage in speed.

Are you talking about the level 2 Super Meter ability? The page describes it as this which doesn't seem to negate durability...

Magic and Transmutation with Donald Magic (Ronald will wave his wand before transforming his opponent into a McDonald's Hamburger for a few seconds by a large yellow laser, during this time he is able to attack the hamburger to rack up damage)

...so Sage should completely fine from any hits taken during it.

Btws I just remembered who this characters is, my nephew was playing one of his versions in Mugen a couple of years ago, Dark Donald it was I guess. Brat tricked me into playing against him but that character was playing automatically lol
