I hadn't noticed, although I do now also notice that they're marked as unknown gender and "expert markswoman", which is further humorous.

Onto the match itself: nothing in their kit seems to imply special abilities to counter summons, and as such I believe prior knowledge is notable but not game changing. No value is given on the profile, so I will ask if they are just vaguely 9-C (which is to say, considered baseline); if they are, they have an AP disadvantage, although their "equipment" (weapons?) scale vaguely higher.

Speed being equalized still leaves that matter in the advantage of the Kinler, with her vehicle, although using that may make other aspects of combat more troublesome. Kino possesses a distinct range advantage, although teleportation counters that fairly handily (since, even with prior knowledge, there's nothing they can ostensibly do to stop it). The speed and range advantage does mitigate summons somewhat, since said summons cannot themselves teleport or keep up very well- they still represent a threat, and GM_Construct is a limited space- it is feasible the fight goes on long enough to corner Kino, but I'd consider that an unlikely scenario.

Reckon it's a close match but teleportation into an auto-swing being the Ubertaker's route of choice fairly counters all of Kino's own advantages, made worse if he does possess an AP advantage to match. Kino has no particular trump card, so I'd vote Ubertaker for now.
