Also, Askin's tactic when fighting a strong enemy is to run away while throwing his poison projectiles, so Kai will be forced to chase him around the jungle

I don't see why Kai won't dodge it since he needs to expand it towards him and Kai needs to be touching the floor, which he can avoid via flight

Yeah since he can walk for weeks without rest and also has experience from Tournaments. He is is also comparable to the Ninjas who can easily chase down Skulkins on their bikes by foot

Kai is an expert Stealth Master who can sneak in even heavily guarded place. He can use this to counter Askin's combat moves calculation and catch him off-guard. He also can't pull Death Dealing instanly at the start

Though abilities such as Gift Bad and Gift Ball can still be activated, Askin must wait until his stomach settles in order for The Death-Dealing to take full effect

Not to count Kai can shoot long range while chasing him
