Creating abilities from imagination, isn't exactly Subjective Reality, I don't think. As for the Specter thing, in that case Extrasensory if fine, just need to add a scan about them being intangible or something.
maybe it can be more so power modification then? the skills are already present within you via disposition and you can actualize them, eg a person who does bodybuilding will be able to bring the strength to supernatural magnitudes if they believe in it enough

What's going on here? It's just the use of skills. The key is just to imagine, and the skill produces the effect (materializes objects, strengthens bodies, etc.), which is why I went with Reality Warping, since the skills themselves alter reality through various mechanisms.

If there is a statement of them manipulating reality, I have no issues. But a skill producing an effect is not Reality Warping, and imagination causing the creation of a skill is more of a mechanic than anything.
