Going with Roman here. I'm tired so I'll keep this short. Roman has a bulletproof vest so bullets won't work against Roman along with higher overall stats.

I’m getting sick of these monikers.

Wayne has higher stealth, experience, and also has a gun while Roman has a knife. Though Roman’s vest would be effective here as Wayne probably wouldn’t know he wears one. If he realizes this and lands a headshot he could win. If it turns into a knife fight, Wayne also has the advantage due to his formal police training. In this scenario, Roman’s vest would allow him to tank gunshots unless Wayne lands a headshot. His slightly higher stamina would allow him to fight longer, and Roman’s higher physically strength would allow him to overpower Wayne in a struggle. If Wayne plays it smart and gets an early kill shot, he wins. If the fight lasts too long, Roman wears him down and kills him.

i kinda disagree with waynes beretta being his standard equipment, and in a knife situation roman has show to have more technique then wayne. he knows exactly where to stab to kill someone almost-instantly and can use his knives like a projectile. its close tho since wayne has a very nice rapid-stabbing technique.
