alright. so to begin with this battle will likely come down to C/R and Combat/LS.
Pros for Charlie - Home Field Advantage
Pros for Billy - Likely has the C/R advantage via scaling to romans 24m/s bullet feat.
We've seen billy utilising firearms before but never charlie.
Inconclusive - LS
ill wait for more input before i actually vote but im leaning more towards billy for now.

Charlie has the homefield advantage, so he could use his slightly superior stealth to sneak up on Billy or wait for the perfect ambush. Billy is more tactical, experienced, and has better pain tolerance/endurance so even if Charlie gets a hit in he could probably fight through it. Neither are particularly skilled fighters but Billy has shown better fighting abilities, so he could turn the fight into a direct confrontation. Billy is also more skilled in wielding both a knife and gun.

I’m giving it to Billy via superior endurance, weapon proficiency, and better tactics.

I highly disagree with the idea that Billy takes skill here. Charlie is a beast, and FAR more violent than Billy ever was. Charlie did a majority of the Scream 4 murders, which are a fair bit more aggressive than those in 1 (which were fairly even between killers)

I'd also like to point out that Charlie knows Billy's whole deal, while Billy has nothing on Charlie besides "he's emulating me". I think Charlie is more skilled, more aggressive, and has default prior knowledge on Billy. I would argue that Billy is a better strategist though, he was the mastermind behind his murders. Charlie, meanwhile, is Jill's sad little puppy that does what she says.

I think Charlie has too many advantages here that Billy doesn't have an answer to. Voting the best Ghostface caller FRA

I mean general skills Charlie has better of. Given both have their optional equipment, they would rely on their weaponry prowess which Billy has demonstrated better of (i.e. disemboweling Casey, taking notes from horror movies alongside Stu on different killing methods, disarming Gale taking advantage of the safety trigger on a Beretta).

through inverse billy stomps, its not even close

• charlie lost to a old sidney twice

• billy can blitz and overpower a healthy sidney

voting billy

Going for my glorious brown eyed. 6 foot 176 pound king, Goat Loomis.

His LS is higher, having lifted up Principal Himbry, who weights 220 pounds vs Charlies 121 pounds.

Billy also skill gaps

billy loomis because higher skill and lifting strength

I was called in to comment. Sorry I didn't show in time; I was waiting for my computer to be usable again.

Anyway, Billy is stronger. Skill and relative power are hard to measure given that Scream 4 Sidney repeatedly overwhelmed Charlie (actress was 50 but the character was meant to be early thirties; Neve was 30+ when she originally played Sidney), and meanwhile Billy overwhelmed Scream 1 Sidney who was only just getting into her strength, and probably gained her high AP either between Scream 1 and 2 or at the end of Scream 1. Probably the end of Scream 1 given that she goes from outclassed by Billy to a match for him. This would likely make Billy stronger than Charlie.

Anyway, Billy via AP and superior intelligence.
