OPM minor speed fix + little changes

Something occured to me regarding Iaian's calc; can't post right now but I'll be able to go into it in a couple hours.
 
Okay, so about this rationale:

Mid tiers scales to Iaian's speed (Mach 42.3). Even though he can react to and deflect Evil Natural Water's water jets, he's shown to be not able to dodge the water jets.

Characters like Darkshine who came out of nowhere to save him from the water jets, Child Emperor who's shown to be able to dodge them etc. Those comparable or superior to them in speed should be upscaling to (Mach 50) High Hypersonic+

The Mach 42.3 speed value shouldn't be regarded as Iaian's general speed; it is specifically his attack with a sword that is calculated that highly. Looking at the context of the original calc:

Arthur ran 4.3632426078 + (3.1992 / 2) = 5.9628426078 meters.

Apparently, he applied about 4 slashes. As calculated here, this is about 8.962 meters.

5.9628426078 + 8.962 = 14.9248426078 meters total distance traveled.

This is not Iaian travelling 14.92 meters in 0.00103618689 seconds, that is how far the tip of his sword travels in that timeframe. In the linked part of the quoted section there, the original calc has this calculated for it:

Iaian is 1.78 meters, his arm is 0.6764 meters. The Katana has an average of 0.75 meters.

Arm + Sword = 1.4264 meters

Considering that, for each bullet, he moved his arm 90 degrees, which would give 2.2405 meters for each shift, as there were 4 bullets, that is 8.962 meters.

If another character moved their arm just as fast as Iaian did over the same 90 degree arcs, the end speed result for them would be less than half of Iain's speed as they wouldn't be holding a sword that covers a longer distance in the same timeframe.

And of course this speed value doesn't reflect how well Iaian is able to dodge attacks or how far he is able to move from place to place.

So just for the scene of Darkshine being the one to save Iaian from the water jets, or Child Emperor dodging Evil Natural Water's beams, I don't think we can upscale their general speed to a tier above Iaian's attack speed.
 
This calc was accepted, which scales an extremely casual Nyan to Mach 41.10049912536. Which Drive Knight was able to attack an angry version of him (seemingly going all out) before he reacts to it in close combat(even changing a transformation before he continues his movement), Also able to attack him before being able to protect himself later after traveling around 40-50? meters. Nyan also commented about his overwhelming armor, strength and speed.

Puri Puri Prisoner can chase Nyan and even get close to him from behind.

Psykos were capable of competing with him on seemingly equal terms, capable of hitting him as well. Genos were capable of moving at equal/higher speed with her. A massive Black Sperm can come out of nowhere and easily attack him. Tanktop Master can throw rocks fast enough to stop Psykos's beams and seemingly cause her a little problems.

The difference is around 1.2x so it should be fine.

This should include: Bang, Bomb, Atomic Samurai, Darkshine, Orochi, Vomited Fuhrer Ugly, Phoenix Man, Carnage Kabuto, Half Monster Garou and more.

There is also Puri Puri Prisoner who has MHS+ reaction speed. He seemingly doesn't get it from reacting to Maiko Plasma's lightning, so it should be removed. If he gets it from reacting to lighting, Nyan should scale to MHS+ as he was able to attack him before he was able to react, accepted in his profile as well.

Metal Knight and Elder Centipete scales to MHS from Genos's beam. It's just Genos's jets and boosters together, it doesn't scale for all of his beams. MHS should be removed and replaced with Iaian's speed(Elder Centipete scales above to Genos's beams and can keep up with Metal Bat which scales to Mach 42.3). Which it also supports the upscaling for Half Monster Garou as he could dodge and run away from Orochi's horns which they were able to defeat Metal Knight before it realized what happened.

Tatsumaki should upscale from MHS+(Mach 7278) to baseline Sub-Relativistic (Mach 8740.3) or at least "Possibly" as she can easily dodge all of Psykorochi's attacks while heavily holding back. She was holding back to the point of this "Was confident that she could have killed Saitama if she had used more than a touch, even after she used a level of power at least on par with what she used to overpower Psykorochi". Her output should affect her speed. The difference is 1.20092058x.

Groribas should achieve possibly Relativistic+ speed as well as Boros. After witnessing how easily Saitama defeated Groribas, their strongest warrior, he attacked Saitama and didn't believe he survived after he hit him. He believed hitting him once would mean he'd win against Saitama, which he knows Saitama is stronger than Groribas to the point of one-shotting him. It shows that Groribas should have been capable of dodging his attacks as Geryuganshoop expects his near light speed rock throwing ability to kill Saitama who can one-shot Groribas when it hits him, their strongest warrior. Boros should be faster than him so it should affect him as well.

Senior Centipete's durability should be increased to High 7-C+ to possibly 7-A as Murata stated Post Superfight Genos's upgraded attacks are required to kill him. The question was for his "Blasts" and likely the answer as well. so it possibly scales to his cannons.

you're right even if it's ironically funny that it's caused by the fact that the administrators are what they are and that no other members of the calc group are added on opm
 
technically PPP mhs+ reaction speed should also scale with other S-class heroes since he is considered the weakest S-class imo

We don't know if he blocked it. He doesn't get it from the lightning feat. Someone just forgot to change it.

and anyway he also blocks a lightning bolt that creates maiko plasma and it is redirected with a punch from electric catfishman

It wasn't a block. He was making a pose which was seemingly after he was hit.

It seems that he reacts to it by making the heart sign. You can't see if PPP was doing something else before. You can see him taking the lightning bolt in full and reacting to it with the heart pose.
 
he assumed the heart pose because he is PPP we are never told a reason he simply reacts to a lightning bolt that hits him in the face by making the heart symbol with his hands as seen in chapter 107
