Pretty sure Dizzy stomps here. Guilty Gear has 12 layers of magic which inherently has Type 2 Info Manip among other things, in addition to having the AP advantage, Dizzy only needs one shot to kill Morrigan. The only thing Morrigan has here that would actually kill (being Soul Manip) gets countered by Gear Physiology.

Yes. Guilty Gear has accepted layers. Clover's been updating the verse over time so we'll see if he addresses things.
