YR has huge amount of haxs Mike can't answer to. Both are about the same speed. Mike have higher AP but YR have higher LS. YR stamina is much higher.
YR should be able to bite throught Mike or just use hax like Corruption (YR should be able to restrain Mike for at least few secounds thanks to higher LS)

Yellow Rabbit doesn't really hax quickly at all, it prefers physical attacks, and is less skilled, has less LS... but it's got "Remnant". It's not dying or being knocked out. So really it's a battle of attrition Tyson loses every time

Especially because YR DOES have hax and if Tyson pushes it, corruption and whatnot comes out.
