Also not to mention all her elemental abilities, like with a open palm Sensing shadow, automatically lock onto him and freeze him directly from a distance or seal him in Crystals

The one-shot isn't too much of a concern due to the 2 rings. Shadow's AD might also let him reach Ruby's level pretty fast, since it's somewhat relative to Sonic's.
Shadow also seems to hold the skill advantage, has a speed-blitz speed amp with Spin Dash, and tends to spam his Chaos abilities.

Ruby can't really do anything if shadow uses chaos control, which could pause ruby regardless of whether she has her speed amp active or not, so once shadow uses it, it's game over since she lacks resistance to time-related abilities. So it sounds like immediately one-shotting shadow is her best option but the rings kinda protect him from that. Shadow can alternatively also make himself invulnerable briefly too even if he runs out of rings, and he'd be able to get off chaos control from there, I don't see ruby winning this

Good question, could Ruby's

• Subjective Reality, possibly Law Manipulation and Physics Manipulation (Magic from the Ever After "breaks the natural laws of our dimension and universe" - despite/due to being a UES and not existing in Universe 7 or the Demon Realm - thus allowing characters to maximise its utility and versatility by wielding their imagination, such as Penny using "Cold Fire" that is capable of neutralizing heat/fire or Ruby using magic to shrink down Crescent Rose when she was turned into a kid. Ruby even says she just thinks about what she wants to do and it happens with her magic)

Save her from shadows durability Neg? Given she has no idea shadows attack has that affect and to her it'd look like a normal energy attack

I mean it wouldn't save her from time stop but it'd help
