Out of Shadows, Mephiles hax addition (Part 1)

I’d like to add an outshone hax to Mephiles' abilities . In Sonic 06, when Mephiles was released from the Scepter of Darkness after it broke, we see the surrounding robots immediately malfunction and turn off. This suggests that he directly interfered with the technology around him.
Given this, I believe either minor or just straight up Technology Manipulation should be added

Thanks to a bud for reminding me, Shadow's rocket skates get a resistance to it since they were in range during this feat
Omega as well should get a resistance because Mephiles comes out of the Scepter the exact same way he did the first time and Omega still resisted it in the end of Shadow's story.

Being passice doesn't mean he can't shut it off, also it would be for his darkness as that is what spread to cause the malfuntion
 
The idea Mephiles didn't use his insta-wincon against Omega when he was getting his ass kicked is pretty stupid. Furthermore Mephiles comes out of the Scepter the exact same way he did the first time and Omega still resisted it in the end of Shadow's story.

This is a non-argument, many characters here don't always use their insta-wincons, blame it on the writers not me

...Can we add this to the profiles now? It's pretty minor and I've already beem using it as an argument in a VS thread lmao
 
Added for Omega and Mephiles. I didn't explicitely make it passive though, because I don't really know how to justify that or if Mav even agreed to this part.
