Mannequin has an x3.20649463785 AP advantage against Black Noir.

Noir's sleeping gas would probably not work due to a Mannequin's inorganic physiology. Both have acrobatics, but the Mannequin should have the edge due to it being able to climb walls and ceilings, and also the fact that he could counter Noir's acrobatics by using homing projectiles. I don't think Noir can capitalize off his stealth and martial arts due to being weaker in AP as well as being FAR outstated in LS (Noir's class 10 vs Mannequin's class K)

So Mannequin FRA probably.

Black Noir is much more skilled than Mannequin though, he can also hit these creeps with knives and make them fall, which will stun them a bit. Mannequin's orbs are not that fast and it's not like they'll spam it (although they still use them a lot)

Assuming both of them are 9-A now since Ultrakill fodders were downgraded, Mannequin still has the AP advantage but the gap is now only around 1.4x.

Funny cuz It's actually the other way around since actual fodders were 9-B before the 9-A upgrade, and other 8-C characters got uppercut up to tier 7 and only mannequins are getting downgraded

Anyway, the AP gap is closer, but the wincons remain the same: Mannequin has a huge stamina advantage, plus type 2 immortality and homing projectiles, while Black Noir is more skilled and can make these creeps fall and stun them. I'm voting Mannequin.
