Read above... Alien X is not allowed, instead, the strongest being allowed would be Dagon...

Also, When did the Omnitrix gain the ability to copy all aliens/beings? He is able to transform into different aliens, who data/DNA had already been recorded into the Omnitrix.

(f I am misunderstanding something don't be afraid to correct me since it has been some time since I watched the show.)

Oh MB, not already but yeah any creature with DNA can be scanned by omnitrix espically if it's uncatalog.
 
If ben has access to his aliens Clockwork would froze him with his time beams like he did to Mad ben

Ben has the ability to scan the DNA of aliens not stored in his watch, enabling him to transform into them. For example, he can scan Pikachu and become Pikachu, or scan Charizard and become Charizard, and so forth.

His Pokemon team's section states that for his Journey's team, in addition to his Pikachu, it's his:

I forget which of his mons it is that fought Cynthia's Garchomp, Togekiss, Steven's Metagross, & Leon's Charizard, Inteleon & Cinderace. It wasn't all Pikachu, & IIRC, his Dragonite may've been involved?

Hopefully some Ashnime experts can chime in.

It already is, according to the justifications. Or at least, has a likely for that, & seemingly makes it into it with Z-Moves & Dynamax. (Though I'm unsure if the "higher" means higher into 2-B, or higher into 2-A.)
