Also, Ghidorah has a speed advantage with his gravity beams, since in Speed Equalized rules only the normal attack and combat speeds are Equalized, but the speed of beam attacks or speed amps, or just ant technique that's considered higher/faster than the characters regular speed stats aren't Equalized.

Doesn’t change anything about my argument that he can resist it and manipulate it. It says on Ghidorah’s profile that “Utilizes natural lightning in combat,” which is something that Thor can resist and manipulate. Additionally, it takes Ghidorah time to use those beams. Within that time frame he could manipulate those beams.
That only means his movement speed is now the same as his Combat speed, meaning nothing in this fight because of Speed Equalized rules.
He literally can't manipulate something that blitzes him, especially if he wouldn't know Ghidorah is gonna blast him with lightning instead of an energy beam with the way it looks when charging up. Not to mention if Thor tries to use it against him then he can just absorb it and get even stronger.
This would still be slower than Ghidorah's Gravity Beams because of Speed Equalized rules.
