From what I understand, the Timeline of Future Trunks is Low 1-C. If this Timeline is inside Universe 7 and Universe 7 has a Low 1-C Timeline, why doesn't everyone who can destroy Universe 7 get Low 1-C?

The timeline of Future Trunks isn't just Universe 7 but the whole multiverse. Not just a seperate Universe 7.

the fact that there are two different Zeno's? or that Zeno erased the timeline which everything ceased to exist, Zeno was alone in the multiverse which is why they brought Zeno to their multiverse.
there were statements as well but don't remember which one they were.

lol, trunks' timeline is not inside of universe 7, it's the opposite: trunks' version of universe 7 (alongside every other universe) is inside his timeline

i mean, in DB universes themselves are timelines (space-time continua), but at the same time there are actual timelines, which are "superior" timelines (or hypertimelines in powerscaling terms) that encompass every universe. i hope i've explained myself clearly

How we do know Trunks's Timeline is in there like that (outside of the U7)this is a quick sketch i made, i hope it helps
