This is a stomp tbh, Kuro doesn't have the speed or ability to hit Kashimo with anything. Kashimo just pummels him until he's able to use a lightning discharge and the fight is over

Still can't see Kuro keeping up with him in close combat due to his CE trait, I guess it would rule out a stomp tho. Like previously mentioned, the cockroach swarm would probably just get vaporised by his aura.
