how come bleach is in ftl+ and mftl? if during the war they use lightning (let it be clear these are not my debunks but by two guys who work a lot with vsbw and have criticized all the bleach supporters) I read the ftl+ and it seems like calc stacking to me

I assume you mean Candice Catnipp. She isn't listed as FTL.

There's also Yoruichi, but her lightning is just Reiatsu armor.

So, lightning speed is used to determine some distances, and the Auschwahlen traveled a very long distance almost instantly, then came back, all before one of these characters that is significantly above lightning speed can do anything.

because,

- Characters using lightning-based attacks don't cap a verse unless its fastest characters are regularly struggling with natural lightning with natural lightning speed, there are verses with characters that regularly utilize lightning in their kits yet despite that can move at FTL - MFTL+ speeds (ex: One Piece, DC, Naruto, etc.)

- the FTL+ value as far as I understand is based on calcing the distance between the Soul King's palace and the Seireitei using a lightning-speed statement and utilizing that measured distance to see how fast Yhwach's abilities traveled a similar distance, this isn't calc stacking.

Calc stacking would be if someone used a calc to bring Ichigo to lightning speed, then got the distance using that calc'd speed, and then made a calc for Yhwach's abilities speed with that distance.

The FTL and FTL+ calcs all come from attacks/characters traveling from Seireitei to Reiokyu (or vice versa) very quickly, aka a very simple distance / time speed calc. The MFTL rating comes from Ichigo's speed multipliers.
