It's kilojoules, not kilotons but yeah you're right that Roxy currently has the AP advantage (You can argue that Scott should scale to 500 KJ instead because destroying a wooden wall should be just as if not more impressive than breaking a wooden door of similar size). Scott can close the gap or even surpass her AP with his transformations and should be able to briefly stun Roxy with his roar. On the other hand, Roxy can basically tear him to pieces with that massive LS advantage if she manages to grab onto him and he'll have trouble putting her down thanks to some pretty crazy Immortality Type 2.

Not really, it was a burned house so the wood was not as resistant as it would normally be.

Probably not, his roar is to scare humans or animals robots don't actually feel fear.
That's why Scott's only real chance is the speed buff from transformations and full moon.

1. The animatronics are sentient so they should be capable of feeling fear especially since they have been shown to be able to feel pain and other human emotions.
To be fair, the moon probably won't be a factor here. The OP only specified that the battle takes place in the Pizzaplex so there's a 50% chance that it's night time and an even lower chance of it being a night with a full moon. A full moon also makes him more vulnerable to turning animalistic.
I hadn't seen that, then Scott might actually have a chance since he likes to start by roaring at the opponent, if he can stun her for enough time to attack first might have a shot, and if he roars when Foxy tries to pin him down with her massive LS then he could potencially escape. It still depends on how long will foxy be stun.
