That's why I put the time of day there. But he does have quite the hefty amount of weaponry consisting of rockets, railguns(?), and giant laser beams

Does he have enough ammo to keep fighting til day? Its gonna take about 6 hrs til sunrise and nothing in grave's arsenal can restrain/kill muzan. Reminder, grave has no prior knowledge of muzan's regen so he'd be thinking muzan is virtually unkillable and not does not have knowledge of the sun being his weakness.

Very much so. And he can keep firing off his guns and death hauler without taking the time to reload. Some super futuristic technology due to existing in the same universe as Trigun.

Its gonna take about 6 hrs til sunrise and nothing in grave's arsenal can restrain/kill muzan. Reminder, grave has no prior knowledge of muzan's regen so he'd be thinking muzan is virtually unkillable and not does not have knowledge of the sun being his weakness.

Grave does have his own regen though, as he's a deadman. And though his blood needs to be refreshed periodically so that he doesn't go back to a state of death, it takes about a week for that, iirc? To even stop him you need to blast him with a weapon vastly superior to him, like what Fangoram did with his center-head. Even then, through sheer willpower, he can bypass this and keep fighting, though it takes a bit.

Keeping all this in mind. Muzan apparently has passive stuff with his battle spirit as I've been told in DS debates;

"Battle Spirit, Limited Fear Manipulation & Paralysis Inducement (Overwhelming Aura that causes the opponent fear and paralysis with them feeling the air getting heavier, and can even cause internal bleeding and external lacerations, Overwhelmed Akaza with his aura)"

He paralyzes Grave as soon as Grave is in his vicinity and Grave doesnt resist these hax.

Muzan also has;

Absorption (Can absorb people and objects by phasing them into his body, which would be able to permanently kill demons despite their regeneration and immortality. This allows him to acquire some of the abilities of those he absorbed such as Nezuko's immunity to the sun, and to summon the ghosts of those he absorbed to communicate with them)

Biological Deconstruction (By injecting his blood into humans he causes them rapid mutation that results in cellular destruction and quick melting and vaporization of their body. Muzan weaponizes his blood by infusing it with his physical attacks, making a single scratch deadly. Demons can only survive adapting to a small amount of Muzan's blood at a time)

A simple scratch from muzan is ggs and it would be easy to accomplish this as muzan has ranged tendrils that attack an opponent all at once with his will, along with him jumping in to fight aswell. Muzan can also absorb Grave in the moment grave needs time to regenerate or with stealth, ultimately killing him. Imo this match should be a stomp as muzan harborbs passive battle spirit aura that paralysizes the opponent and slowly kills them from the inside, muzan has many ways to take advantage of that.

Grave lacks the emotion to feel fear or anything related to it, only anger. That was the caveat of him becoming a deadman, him losing most of his memories and emotional capabilities. So would this still affect him? And him experiencing this bleeding doesn't mean much when he has the ability to regenerate. Either way, Grave normally fights at a distance, only really getting up close for certain demolition shots.

That would be a problem if Grave didn't have his own myriad abilities. One such case being his ability to "slow time" (only listed as perception manipulation but whatever). Basically, with any of his Demolition shots, he slows time down to a near halt, while he himself remains at his constant speed. This is also the case for his Day/Night/Dawn of the Grave DS, which keeps it as a constant effect.

Stealth is also a very terrible decision against Grave. For example, back when he was alive and went by his real name Brandon Heat, he was a mentor to Bunji. Now, Bunji here was set up as a sniper, trying to take out a man who was somewhere a few blocks away. The problem here is that this guy was hidden, and being hidden at a distance means that it would be extra hard to spot whoever it is. Now Brandon here, the moment he walked into Bunji's camping spot, Grave just instantly knew where the guy is with no clue to help him. He just picked up the sniper rifle, aimed, and then fired, hitting the target dead on.

More experienced as in he's much older? Yes, of course. More experiences as in he's faced a variety of enemies? No, not really, because Grave's seen it all. He's faced hitmen, Orgmen, superiors, other deadmen, and beings amplified by godly powers, each with their owned varied kit of abilities. And more skilled? Hell no, this is the trigun universe we're talking about.
