They aren't the same... the way I think of it each universe has its different story line. And no he ain't a multiversal entity
 
So i started reading through my old fight stories

Here's what i gathered so far

Honey: 9-C, Higher with Lignt Charged punch | 9-B

V2: 9-B, Far Higher with his Strenght Enhancing Gloves | 9-B

Luna: 9-A | 9-B

Volt: 9-B

Kinda expected that they aren't all that poweful tier wise. Luna is definitely deadly though cause she's very open to just freeze the blood of her opponent

The only fair guys in my vs series is Base form Totama, The one, and Max 😔 maybe I should do a 9-C - 9-A fight like Sonic.Exe vs Jeff ill probably do Jeff the killer included against Bob velseb.

It's cause my stories are like super old and i was around people who didn't like the idea of people randomly blowing up planets lol
