Y'know, you say 'unknown' for Shania as (what I assume is) a joke, but it's just hit me how I'd probably use that key for stuff like pre-game Na'el/Alpha unironically (the one I tried to contest recently), because even if we accept the premise that Na'el's emotions were to be interpreted as any kind of amp to Alvis the second he came out of the CC, we don't know to what extent (is City level destruction a miniature version of PIS, not unlike what a lot of things in FR would be seen as should we accept all the fan theories running around? Etc.).

Make no mistake, that PIS is what I've been mulling over seeing this as for a while now. I even have a small segment in my Saga retrospective about it, if anyone wants to see the text.

To be fair, I have been mulling over what MUs Nikol could have if he ever came to VS format. Sophocles (Pokemon SM) is the best I've come up with so far, but I think we could go further than that.

I suppose to make sure that this thread isn't running on empty for weeks on end, I've been looking into (relatively) thematic MUs for FR's characters. I already mentioned Nikol vs Morgan to @DarkDragonMedeus - but I've also been floating Matthew and A MUs (both together, not as separate spreads), and looking at the facts, Dart Feld and Rose from Legend of Dragoon seem like excellent MUs for the both of them (A being Matthew's personal restraint check, in the same way Rose is to Dart; Matthew caring about Na'el being MIA, only for Alvis to offer Na'el a Faustian power bargain as an Aegis driver (see also Shana being thought of as 'Dart's sister-figure' for the majority of his arc, only to be a key component to Melbu Frama); Rose's regret as the black monster in the same way A is the 'consciousness' that Alvis evicted... I can see this MU popping off).

I should probably get off my ass and update that MU chart. That shit was a mess the last I left it lmao
 
I'd say the highest priority ones are Lanz, Eunie, Sena, Taion, Nikol, and Glimmer, though idk which ones are being worked on at the moment

To clarify, I interpreted Ontos as being impartial both male and female gender roles, not that either Alvis or A were enby (both of them are not).

I believe my own lying eyes here.

Yeah, that's... kinda what I said. Ontos has both male and female traits due to being meant to stand between Pneuma and Logos

Nothing that I haven't already added (that being justification additions, like Ethel and Cammuravi being stated to be stronger than a number of Keves's Consuls)
 
Trying to catch up on a lot of games on my feed; Tears of the Kingdom took so damn long to finally finish and I still have a lot of quests to do. Also played Pikmin 4 and Octopath Traveler 2.

But yeah, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and Future Redeemed are indeed the best duo of Xenoblade games and easily seals the deal as best game of the previous year for me. I do look forward to the next Xeno related game whether it be a new game or a remake/remaster of an older game like XBX. Though there have been rumors of Xenosaga trilogy getting ported and I heard someone from SE mentioned an interest in a Xenogears remake.

Not exactly been you guys as far as XC3 itself, but I have been updating my Saga script with anecdotes regarding the Blade trilogy if that counts. Might come back to XC3 regarding another project idea, idk.
 
After reading on sufficient material, I've begun work on Xenosaga Blogs that I believe will be of great help for the series to receive character profiles later on. It's a long and hard effort. Time to update each day being limited and all, but I have loads of information to arrange and share. It's such a brain-melting rich cosmology to just leave ignored.
