If this were the competitive scene(Thank god it isn't it's BUSTED) This would be a 10-0 matchup in Carmen's favor with how busted her Invincible frame heavy kicks are ontop of kickboxing and wall combos. Thankfully it is not.) Thankfully speedwise this is also equalized because Lore wise there is not much to go off of outside of Chiang fighting the Hero character 3 times in the story: 1 in early game in Dragon House, either this is mid or late game in the story at the Gauntlet 1v1 tournament with Rollins being the last boss, and End game at the point where Hero is forced to join Crow's crew in The Limit where Chiang is much faster than he was before in the previous 2 fights as one of the defending circuit fighters with Trick and Memphis Bleek.

Carmen? At best lore wise, fights against Cindy J, Lil Kim, Kimora, Shawnna or Shaniqua if you lose the fight.
Chiang has one disadvantage. Guy is a glass cannon literally ingame. And since invincible frames i'm presuming aren't a thing in a vs matchup due to gameplay mechanics, I'm picking Chiang mid difficulty to high based on experience on since his one advantage of speed is equalized(Also accounting the fact Hero gets the speed milestone stats in his career of fighting depending on the 3 styles he picks generally being both Kickboxing and martial arts with whatever other style at which can max out to 200% speed from the base 60% speed you already get from those 3 milestones of 20% and keep up with that once the stats go up).
1+ to Chiang for me.

Chiang cant upgade his speed but his AI act better right? so he look faster and fight better.

Girlfriend characters alway had low fighting skill than Male character despite pre-traing hero had all zero stat power speed tough stamina. (Carmen already stronger than Pre hero)

Chiang must fight hero so he need to be more skill than carmen. (Vote Count)
