Is it an outlier? Part II (Invulnerability)

An entity (Being A) is invulnerable thanks to a type of magic, which allows it to be immune to attacks with the power to destroy entire countries (6-B), however, another being (Being B) destroys it thanks to He had that kind of magic.
Is this a contradiction or does it belong to tier 6-B?

immune to attacks with the power to destroy countries sounds vague for invulnerability. Show more context.
Let's put it this way:
1) Entity A has a magical shield that makes it immune to all kinds of attacks (Physical, mental, spiritual, etc) that do not come from the same energy source (Let's say KAI energy)
2) An attack without the KAI energy, which has enough power to destroy a country, does not hurt it.
3) Then, entity B appears using KAI energy attacks. Thanks to this, he hurts entity A

So if entity A withstood an attack thanks to its invulnerability, and entity B kills it.
Entity B belongs to Tier 6-B or will it belong to a tier when its destructive power is specified?

Yeah would be fine for tiering. entity B is just using the energy system that can harm it. Could use servants from Fate as an example; characters need magic to harm them and without it they don't harm them.

Thank you!
