Calebcity discussion thread

So basically Caleb has:

Supernatural Willpower: Through sheer determination, Caleb can come back unscathed and unbothered from having his limbs dislocated, bones turned to dust, and even completely erased from existence.
Energy Projection and Existence Erasure: Caleb can release blasts of energy that erases people.
Low-Godly Regen: Came back from the complete destruction of his physical body.

All in a single video? Damn.

For the regeneration, you could argue it's Mid-Godly because for Low-Godly, you regenerate from the complete destruction of the physical body but the soul, consciousness, etc. is still intact which characters can use to regenerate from. From what we can see in the video, it did look like everything about him was completely erased like his mind and body. Judging by his other videos, that same effect of him disappearing from existence is so consistently used that he has several existence erasure feats from that, especially the fact that we know he has a soul as referenced multiple times. So we know his character has a body, mind, and soul, meaning Mid-Godly is definitely on the table.

I feel like Low-Godly is a much safer bet though as there’s no real evidence of it being any higher than that in the video itself.

Also yeah, a lot of stuff just from a single video, along with showing off his great speed and fighting skills even more. Gives us concrete Low-Godly instead of it just being a “possibly” anymore. As well as an actual visual aid for his energy projection. We already knew he could atomize people with his blasts this just makes it even more concrete~ the willpower is definitely OP. Add that to his list of ways it’s nearly impossible to kill him lol

That's true, so it's basically a higher form of Low-Godly since he can regen from destruction of his body and mind as seen in the video, but not the soul since we don't know if he did.
Caleb can do just fine and live without his soul anyways, so the soul part doesn't really matter in combat.

This reminds me tho, it is possible he can get High-Godly in the future if he can regen from being erased from the plot. Plot erasure is something I might expect in his videos since he likes referencing plot stuff a lot.

I genuinely think he's unkillable at this point, I forgot he can duplicate himself so the opponent has to fight multiple Calebs at once all with the same power and abilities as him lmao.

I mean it’s certainly possible if he decides to go that far with his plot references lol. I wonder how he would work that into a video though. “When the writer won’t let the plot stop a character” lol

Yeah makes him insanely hard to get rid of on its own. And probably not unkillable I’m sure there’s plenty of smurfs with some bullshit who can deal with his stuff. But fighting several Caleb’s at once would be hell lol
 
Quick Update

I'm gonna start finalizing Caleb's profile soon and start working on the CRT for the profile creation. Just finding and adding the last batch of Caleb's abilities I can look for then making the profile look better.

It wasn’t much that I wrote up. Just:

Power Flash: Caleb launches a powerful blast of energy at his target, causing them to be erased from the force.

Could add to it if ya want
 
Adding the abilities from his recent videos and some from his old Instagram vids that I somehow missed, then cleaning up the profile.

Other than that, I have to start working on the CRT.
 
Didn’t Caleb specifically say he didn’t have regeneration in that video though (the determination one). I’m pretty sure he should just have non corporealness instead. Or whatever fighting after being deleted would be.

Edit: Unrelated, but I haven’t been on this site for a while. Is Caleb actually getting a profile?

I mean there’s not really any other way to describe being completely erased and then suddenly coming back other than regeneration. Non-corporealness wouldn’t just let him survive being erased.

He once had a profile on the wiki but was deleted, we’re working on updating the profile and trying to put it back on the site basically. Here’s the sandbox if you wanna take a look

But he didn’t need to survive. I’m pretty sure what he meant was that his nothingness, or whatever, was trying to throw hands. Though, if everyone agrees that this is just a big case of death of the author, I can see why.
 
I don’t really see any evidence of that, nothing really implies he’s not physical anymore. It probably is just death of the author, basically just has really good regen via his sheer willpower
 
I mean, he’s never shown anything that would make him physical either, since that’s the last thing he did in the video. But I don’t want to derail the thread, and death of the author seems likely. So I’m fine with whatever other people think.

I am excited that we’ll have a profile Caleb back on this site.

It's best for it to Low-Godly Regen through Willpower, it's very consistent with his other videos especially with that same effect of him disappearing constantly being portrayed as being "erased". If what you said is true, then that would give Caleb Nonexistent Physiology lmao

Both characters are haxxed as hell and Kratos is definitely a scary opponent especially with his wall of resistances.
Caleb sadly stomps with his Plot Manipulation, Social Influencing, and Dream Manipulation alone and I doubt Caleb would ever truly get killed permanently, look at all this guy's abilities that let him survive it's insane
But we can restrict some of Caleb's abilities to get a fair fight.
 
Caleb's Plot Manip is passive and independent from him, it's the writers that change the story it's crazy
This isn't accounting his other hax like Dimensional Manip that makes him 4D (higher-dimensional), Duplication that makes several clones of him, Invulnerability that just straight up ignores anything that affects him due to his trash connection and delay (not in the sandbox yet but it's in one of his new videos), passive Social Influencing that induces CIS to the opponent due to his status as a "main character", Immeasurable speed that lets him blitz (can't be speed equalized too due to the speed being a byproduct of one his abilities) and many others I forgot because he just has that much bs hax.

He's pretty much unmatchable unless you are a smurf that's higher D than him.
 
The immeasurable speed likely won’t matter too much due to speed equalization. But his nigh omnipresence, which he can active whenever, definitely is going to make plenty of Caleb matches a stomp. Especially since it’s an amp, so you can’t even equalize it.
