Is this Information Manipulation (Type 2)

For context this is from the "Cradle Series" by Will Wight

So pretty much I just want to ask if this statement Suriel being able to "Cut at the fact of his existence" qualify for information manipulation type 2?

There is a pretty wide variety of existence erasure shown within the verse ranging from unspecified to conceptual and causal non of which has been described as the one shown above before.

Being conceptually erased doesn't count as IM type 2 iirc.

IM type 2 needs a fundamental aspect that makes up reality to be manipulated itself, not just concepts.

It's like manipulating codes for a game, changing the code will change the game's function.

Concepts would be the aspect of a universe and exists in an idealistic way

Like for example, time exists because of idea/concept of time

Not the same as information.

Like, altering the concept of heat to cold would affect the universe universally.

Information are the ones engaging the changes done to the concept.

my explanation answers that, it's not.

It's just existence erasure and probably type 2 conceptual manipulation

I would say Information Type 2 fits.

A fact is defined as "a thing that is known or proved to be true", a fact is generally a type of information, it's something that can be known. If it instead said they cut the "idea of his existence", then it would conceptual as concepts are ideas in the first place.

That's my take on it at least.

But not on the same level of type 2 though as type 2 informations are what makes reality up

A fact would be an information "truth" reliant on the reality or type 2 informations.

It's type 2 conceptual manipulation at best the way i see it.
