Plus, i have original japanese translation, it doesn't really mean transcendental dimension, just a land/paradise suprasses dimension, i think it's Beyond-Dimensional Existence type 1 not 4D or higher

But I think it's still not enough to confirm that feats beyond-dimensional existence, not to much context. It's funny how they get blown away by Cell huh?

Realms can be higher dimensional without it's inhabitants/rulers being of that level

Higher-Dimensional and Beyond-Dimensional, you can translate the scan i attached above to understand the context, idk how to explain it... in translate it's doesn't really mean 4D, sounds like they exist outside :v
