Alucard has mind manip, Denji has existence erasure. Depends on who fires first imo, since speed is not equalized. Denji is Hypersonic, Alucard is High Hypersonic+, so Alucard can win.

The issue is that Alucard leads with fear and then physical attacks. What does Denji lead with? Being from a series called "Chainsaw Man" that's all about violence I'd guess he leads with sawing things to pieces.

He'd have to kill Alucard 120k times.
Anyways Alucard has to use a hax to win since Small Building Level vs Multi-City-Block Level. In between his 120k deaths Alucard should realize his physical attacks do nothing to Denji, so he uses Mind Manip. EE is reliant on eating people, could fail entirely because Alucard is not a devil, and he could dodge it since it's a very weird way of attacking and he could figure out it activates an ability.
