Don't think a blog was necessary for 1 single argument, but anyway, no this is not enough for any tier really, lacking concepts like spacetime only gives it acausality and nonexistence at best, you need to be qualitatively superior to said concepts like arceus is for qualify.

Not only that, it would create a paradox, because palkia and dialga would be tier 1 via transcending their own concepts, aka themselves.

So no, this does not qualify and it is contradictory scaling
