About Space and Time Manipulation

What ability when :
A character can Manipulate Time, but B character Manipulate Space. B character erase the space around his body area so A character can interfere the time around B character.

Unless Time & Space are reliant on one another in the verse no, time would still effect him.

Edit; It would be Spatial Manipulation or EE for Character B and Time Manipulation for Character A.

Yeah, It's still 4D Space time, because time and space is merged, A character erased the space so there's no time in the area that B character can manipulate.
