Powers and Abilities: Social Influencing (Convinced Stannis Baratheon to blindly believe in R'hllor to the point of sacrificing his own daughter), Blessed Magic, Fire Manipulation, Heat Manipulation and Light Manipulation (Can imbue multiple weapons with fire and generate large fires of high heat. She can also intensify the firelight), Life Manipulation, Resurrection (Resurrected Jon Snow) and Darkness Manipulation (Can give birth to living shadows), Longevity and Age Manipulation (Using a enchanted necklace, she lived for 400 years with a youthful appearance), Preparation, Curse Manipulation and Blood Manipulation (Melisandre prepared a blood magic ritual involving drawing royal blood with leeches, and then having Stannis curse the names of his rival kings into the fire, which ended up killing them over time), Weather Manipulation (After sacrificing Shireen Baratheon, the large snowfall that stopped Stannis's army ceased and the snow melted), Clairvoyance and Illusion Creation (Red Priests can see into the past, present and future by staring into the flames. They are able to show the visions to others), Resistance to Poison Manipulation (Drank and survived a whole cup of poisoned wine with the Strangler, an extremely potent poison) and Temperature Manipulation (Stated to Jon Snow that she was incapable of ever feeling the cold)

Attack Potency: Below Average Human level, Human level with enchanted necklace, Unknown with Magic (Can generate large fires of high heat)

I don’t think the leeches would count as blood manipulation since she’s not the one actually controlling the blood. Also she should still have a 10-C key for when she’s not wearing her necklace.

Other than those things, it looks fine.

Also she should still have a 10-C key for when she’s not wearing her necklace.
Which option is better? "10-C, 10-B with necklace, Unknown with Magic" or make two keys for her with and without the necklace?

10-C, 10-B with necklace, Unknown with magic” looks the best.

Should probably get some more input. Are there any staff other than AKM and I that are GoT supporters?

Where's the light manipulation from? If it's her imbuing weapons with flame that's just fire manipulation, no more, no less

I think she is manipulating the light of the fire rather than the fire itself, making it more intense, which I guess it has something to do with creating the shadow.
Edit: You can see it better in the full, and uncensored, scene that the light from the fire gets more intense while the fire itself stays the same, so she's just manipulating the light

Yeah, I think so. 2 staff approvals, especially for CRTs that don't have a lot of traction, is usually enough.

It's hard to see, like the whole episode, but I think when the Wight is consumed by the fire it completely disappears, suggesting it was burned into ashes. If the scene is doubtful we can put "Possibly 9-A with Magic (Possibly reduced a Wight into ashes with her fire)"

How about this;
9-B (Killed a Wight with her fire), possibly 9-A with Magic (Might have reduced the Wight to ashes)
