You use the sandbox feature to prepare your CRTs, essentially form all your arguments there and then just paste it into a normal thread when you feel like it's ready

So when I want to create a character and its powers and abilities, does that mean that i have to post it in the sandbox first along with the evidence and the scene? Then if I want to determine AP Dura and Speed, is it better to make a post on the blog and then post it again in the sandbox?

IIRC the difference is that no one can see your sandbox unless you link it to them, while people can see your blog publicly. So if you want to prepare something like a character profile or prepare scans with privacy, you can use your sandbox.

They can't see your sandbox no matter what here. It's completely private
