I really don't think he can Have MHS+ Speed And The attack Potency Should be 9A With Bomb
You gotta provide more then just "I really don't think". You didn't even provide a calc for that number you suggested. Give a solid explanation on why her Speed and AP with bombs need to be downgraded, because right now nothing here can be used as evidence for the doengraded.Maybe 9C To 9B In other words, for each gram of TNT exploded, 4.184 kilojoules (or 4184 joules) of energy is released.

So I might as well take time out of the day to explain why this revision doesn't work. The main crux of your argument is that these are anti-feats that would put Klee's bombs at T9. However, you seem to forget two things.
For one, the literal earliest thing you get in her character text is that she can do enormous damage to the Stormbearer Mountains without really being serious, which would handedly put her majorly above T9 through common sense. Not to mention the fact that Jean considers her work incredibly destructive, which would imply that she's in some way as destructive or more destructive than Jean herself.
The same Jean who can solo three Ruin Guards and thus has the same feats as Childe, who could fight Traveler, who could keep up with Ganyu, who's comparable to Guhua, who can do this.
So to review 7-B = Guhua = Ganyu = Traveler >= Childe =< Jean =< Klee's bombs. So by power of transitive relations, Klee's bombs = 7-B.
Klee gets her speed rating from being able to chase after an Abyss Mage that wants to get away from them, these Abyss Mages are all treated as comparable, there's no reason to assume one is incredibly physically superior to their peers when there's no evidence to this. So because of this, it's safe to assume Klee's Abyss Mage can tag Diluc the way Diluc's did.
Diluc scales above Jean, who can dodge natural lightning at MHS+ speeds, and we already know Jean and Klee are fairly comparable.
So to review, MHS+ = Jean =< Diluc = Diluc's Abyss Mage = Klee's Abyss Mage >= Klee. Therefore Klee = MHS+.
So you probably only have one point left, which is "If Klee can level Stormbearer casually, then why doesn't she do it every time we attack?" Well there are two answers, each supporting the other.
1.) Game Mechanics - The Knight from Hollow Knight cannot hang onto ledges normally in-game despite one of the most important scenes in the game relying on the fact that they can. Does that make the Knight hanging onto that ledge an outlier? No, because the game is simply developed to be like that.
This is the same case here, where accurately portraying the destruction of Klee's bombs is just not on the developers' list of priorities, and it would be a nightmare to code and implement. Not everything can be like Minecraft, especially with a game as effects-heavy and detailed as Genshin, where making explosions that literally cover the entire screen would make the game very unfun.
2.) Destructive Capacity vs. Attack Potency - But what if they could do the above and portray every attack as making ocean churning shockwaves? Well they still wouldn't, because one of the most inconsistent things in fiction is displaying true Destructive Capacity. A very simple example would be Deku at 100% being able to completely blast away a storm with one punch, yet he doesn't do that in every other showing of 100%? Does that make the storm punch an outlier?
No, because portraying attacks to have the same destructive capacity every single time is practically impossible for even a team of humans. Not to mention how it would ruin a lot of setup for many story beats because of how it destroys the environment (Think Ei using the Musou no Hitotachi and creating a gorge but she doesn't completely ruin Tenshukaku when she uses it on Kazuha). That's why creators usually ignore destructive capacity most of the time for convenience.
Any questions?

This is assuming that people would lie about Klee destroying the Stormbearer Mountains. But I'd ask you, why would they do that? And why would Jean take it so seriously as to lock Klee in solitary when Klee could honestly just tell the truth? And where would they even get a reference on a red knight when the Stormbearer stuff is the way people first knew about Klee? And why would this be in Klee's character story if it was just a rumor? So I really Disagree With

Doesn't matter when Movement Speed and Combat Speed are considered the same for Abyss Mages, so they're still MHS+Context : The Abyys Was Stole Klee bomb and he Touch The Bomb
https://media.**********.net/attach...7-08-32-43-205_com.google.android.youtube.jpg
And Its Explode without anything Left From the abyss
Answering ThisThis is assuming that people would lie about Klee destroying the Stormbearer Mountains.
About this How is The Abyss Is MHS+?Doesn't matter when Movement Speed and Combat Speed are considered the same for Abyss Mages, so they're still MHS+
And the explosion not leaving is anything is literally talked about above already. Please-
Again, as I've said before, it doesn't matter what element they are. Diluc can keep up with electro characters the same way Jean can dodge electro attacks. So different elements is not an argument for different speeds.Do You Know that there is 4Type Of Abyss Mage
Pyro, electro,ice,water
And The Abyss Mage In VsbThat Having MHS+ Is Kinda looks likes electro mage . but Klee Was Chasing Pyro Abyss Mage
Sorry, I've just been in a bad mood because of school as of late. I'll keep it down for nowIts hard to Type in here . I doesnt Ignore I Watch it for 1hours to think How Am I gonna Disagree The Statement
Somebody can technically do that right now for the general distances with pixel measurements, they just don't feel like it.There is No Calculated How Big Is Stormbear Mountain
Again, it's statements. We consider it as a supporting feat because she already scales to 7-B via Jean. And Klee doesnt show Her Bomb That Can do That!
Because we consider Movement Speed = Reaction Speed (considering everyone runs at the same pace generally without buffs)About this How is The Abyss Is MHS+?
And actually I Never seen Any Calc About Abyss Mage Having React And Combat MHS+ speedd unless Its Electro Abyss that actually stated Can Summon Thunder
So different elements is not an argument for different speeds.
I have an Clear Calc Would You see it?You gotta provide more then just "I really don't think". You didn't even provide a calc for that number you suggested. Give a solid explanation on why her Speed and AP with bombs need to be downgraded, because right now nothing here can be used as evidence for the doengraded.
It's in the Webtoon, gAlso I Never seen Cutscene That Jean Is More Superior Than Tartaglia
Again, we don't need it. It's just a supporting feat since Childe already scales to somebody who's 7-B2. Calculation About Tartaglia beating Ruin Guard
Diluc was literally doing nothing and he had to raise his sword to block the Mages' blast. He would've heard them too even with the Hilichurls blocking him, so the only logical conclusion is that Diluc is MHS+ from reacting to an Abyss MageAnd About Diluc bodying An Abyss Mage Doesnt Mean He Can Having MHS+ speed
But they do summon it as fast, look at the game. And the fact that characters who can dodge lightning can only dodge fire or water or ice at the same measure proves that you're only throwing moot argumentsDo U Know That Electro Mage Can Summon Thunder But I Never seen how fast Other Abyss Mage That Can Summon their Creation Destruction Same Or Faster Than Summoning Lighting
But there are valid calculations my guy, there's evidence up the ass for the scaling, you're just calling it wank because you don't think Abyss Mages are the same speed when everything points to the oppositeIts so not normal to Wank them into MHS+ and 7B with Compared to Abyss Mage without any valid Calculation
Do you Mean ThisDiluc was literally doing nothing and he had to raise his sword to block the Mages' blast. He would've heard them too even with the Hilichurls blocking him, so the only logical conclusion is that Diluc is MHS+ from reacting to an Abyss Mage
So you either have to prove that the lightning the Abyss Mages throw is slower than irl lightning, in which case you need to calc how fast abyss mages summon the other elements, or you can conclude that Abyss Mages throw natural CTG lightning and everyone scales. How is that so unbelievable when people can blitz giants robots in 10 seconds in this universe -.-But they do summon it as fast, look at the game. And the fact that characters who can dodge lightning can only dodge fire or water or ice at the same measure proves that you're only throwing moot arguments
Do you Mean This
Once again. For the umpteenth time, you don't need to. Because there's already scalingWould u wait to see im calcing the distance And Accept or no?
