Why shigaraki It's not High 7-A?

Ok, I don't want to start aggressively but, I read a lot of things in this Wiki too wrong, One of them is shigaraki, why midoriya and star and stripes are higher than shigaraki in tier?Also why shigaraki has the same tier of dabi.
In chapter 346 and 347 it was confirmed that shigaraki has the same physical stadistics as all might prime.....also in the new chapter we saw shigaraki become a massive bomb of deacay that moves

Shigaraki isn't going to be High 7-A unless new feats come out, if not he'll remain 7-A+. If Shigaraki is indeed on par with Prime All Might in terms of strength, that just means Prime All Might shouldn't be scaling to 100% Izuku. Which makes sense as OFA becomes stronger as it's passed along.

Unless Shigaraki fights on par with 100% Izuku, which I see being highly unlikely since Izuku hasn't fully mastered OFA yet.

Obviously if Shigaraki preforms a new feat, that'd be a different issue. But based on current scaling and information we have, Prime All Might>100% Izuku = Baseline High 7-A.

This could also imply a downgrade of Faux 100% as well, since 100% is stronger than Shigaraki who is Prime All Might level. But Faux 100% is on par with Prime All Might.

That would make him MHS, via scaling to Faux 100%.

Though we are indeed waiting for the arc to progress more before making any changes.
