I propose a revision for the characters ( human and valyrian steel only ) statistics of A Song of Ice and Fire (not Game of Thrones).
Superhuman or Subsonic speed for most fighters in the verse :

Arya heard a loud crack as the sword went clattering to the stone floor. "My hand," the guardman yelped, cradling his broken fingers. "You are quick, for a dancing master" said Ser Meryn.

She stronger than I am. The realization chilled him. Robert had been stronger than him, to be sure. The White Bull Gerold Hightower as well, in his heyday, and Ser Arthur Dayne. Amongst the living, Greatjon Umber was stronger, Strongboar of Crakehall most likely, both Cleganes for a certainty, The Mountain's strength was like nothing human. It did not matter. With speed and skill, Jaime could beat them all.

Class 1 in Lifting strength for Robert for being able to fight one-handed with a warhammer that Ned cannot lift (and also for other wall lvl characters I think) :
