How would this powerscaling work?

Character A has an AP of 4.209 tons (High 8-C) thanks to his GPE.
Character B has the same shape as A and is stated to be far larger than him.
Character C is stated to be the largest creature living in the entire world. Using the same size of Character A, he would have a GPE of 5.032 tons, but it would be a very low result since he is far far larger than A.
Character D, who is dead, was able to kill characters C.
So what would be the AP of characters B, C and D? At least High 8-C? High 8-C+? Or would they increase their tier to 8-B?

Why does character A have two different GPEs? Is this a different form or something?
No, Character A is 135 meters long and has a GPE of 4.209 tons. Character B is far larger than Character A and Character C is the largest creature living in the entire world. Using A's 135 meter length, Character C would have a GPE of 5.032 tons, but it would be a very low result since C is far far larger than A

Ah, sorry about that.
B, C, and D would all just be at least high 8-C.
Unfortunately you’d need to have some way to estimate how much larger they are to get anything better.

Would it change anything if Character A were 152 meters long? Since that would make him have a GPE of 6.773 tons.
And using the size of A (152m) as a lowball, Character C would now have a GPE of 8.097 tons.
Would that make any changes?

If you believe that that’s literal rather than a figure of speech, then you could say B is at the absolute least 3x larger.
If that’s referring to height, that’s 27x the mass and 3x the height, so 81x the GPE overall. (8-A for B, 8-A+ for C and D)
If it’s referring to overall size, then that’s 3x the mass, 1.44224957031x [ie 3^(1/3)] the height, for 4.32674871092x the GPE overall. (8-B for B, C, and D)
