Going by the old, outdated cosmology...yes.
But a heavy revision is still in order, which the "Veil of Sanity" structure is pretty much at Mathiverse altogether as it contains all mathematical notions, including all cardinals, powersets, and subsets (basically, if it can be described with mathematical notions, which would include Mahlo cardinals and such, it is part of the Veil of Sanity), as well as an entire system of logic which would also include axioms as well.
Yet even this is extremely low in the cosmology, even being below the Labyrinth of Chaos (Otherwise simply known as "The Labyrinth")
