If supes is the more skilled combatant, than he’d likely get the first hit. Then spiderman would know roughly how strong supes is. If what sanic said is right, spiderman has a 1800xap adavantage, so he should be plenty strong enough to ohko If he wanted too.

Supes is probably more skilled in combat but spider man still has his Spidey senses which should boost his reaction speed.
